Swapped out the lime juice for lemon and went with himalayan salt too to switch things up.
Didn't bother with the cucumbers but everything was already crunchy and perfect anyway.
Instead of cabbage I used iceberg lettuce to make this amazingly tasty salad.
Made this before heading out to the gym it's as refreshing as it looks
It's alright but I much prefer the cabbage and steak with tahini sauce, it has much more flavor.
Delicious this is absolute perfection when it comes to salad, my new personal favorite.
Hubby and I had this before our sirloin dinner with potatos, just the right amount of food for a starter dish.
Amazing though I dodged the peanuts because I'm allergic to them.
Salad was really juice with a good amount of spicyness.

Sadly I skipped the chicken and went for pork instead but everything was still delightful.
