Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
In a medium bowl, lightly beat the brown sugar and butter.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, white sugar and baking powder and mix until well combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
Fold in the raisins, coconut and wheat flake cereal.
Drop a teaspoon portion for each cookie onto the cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Under cook for a chewy cookie.
Remove from the oven and cool before serving.
