Vegan Blue Moon Milk

Recipe Description

Vegan Blue Moon Milk or blue latte is a perfect comforting drink that requires only a few ingredients to whip up. Moreover, this recipe uses only vegan ingredients and even happens to be gluten-free, caffeine-free, sugar-free, and packed with nutrition. I like to use butterfly pea flower powder rather than dried flowers because it lets me skip the process of steeping. So I just combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and warm them up. I also like to use my homemade almond milk for this recipe as it foams well and tastes delicious. And if you have time, try to make it at home too. You will not regret it!

If you love a warm drink before bedtime, then this flavorful beverage fits the bill. Moon milk contains naturally calming ingredients and is also known as an age-old Ayurvedic remedy for sleeplessness. This recipe makes two cups of soul-soothing moon milk but could be easily doubled.
