Is there anything more refreshing in summer than this Vegetable Juice with Tomatoes & Cucumber? I adore the flavor combination and it is jampacked with healthy veggies! I like to add a garlic clove to this juice. Garlic is a natural immunity booster, so I love to add it to any recipes I can!

It couldn’t be easier to make this juice. Simply juice all of the ingredients in your juicer. If you don’t have a red pepper, use orange or yellow. Serve by pouring over ice in tall glasses.
