Weeknight Beef Skillet
I am always on the look out for easy, quick and delicious midweek dinners and this Weeknight Beef Skillet ticks all the boxes. Start by cooking the beef and pepper over medium heat. Once cooked, add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef mixture. Bring to a boil and stir in the vegetables. Serve over cooked noodles.
If you would like to make a double batch and place half in the freezer, make the sauce but do not cook the noodles. Place the cooled beef mixture in a freezer container and freeze. To use, thaw the beef partially in the refrigerator overnight. When you are ready to serve, heat the mixture and cook the noodles according to package directions. Serve as directed below.

My kids actually love this meal and its the only beef skillet with vegies they ate whole!!
Perfect blend of all the flavours and quite good a day after too, ate it the next day and still tasted fresh.
Had this with ground pork instead of beef, save the cows! Lol.
Made this for me and the family on our weeknight hangout, everyone loved this beef skillet.
Yummy! Me and my hubby really liked this beef skillet recipe, will be cooking it again.
I never thought to use ramen noodles as actual pasta noodles before unless it was Asian food, glad I tried this out though it was good.
Noodles were very soggy and not really good with all this, gonna make it with a different type of pasta instead.
Couldn't find the worcestershire sauce where I live so i just used your average italian red sauce.
I avoided the parsley cause the taste is too strong in my opinion for my tastebuds, but everything else was purrrrfection.
Had it with some red wine on the side for me and my husbands anniversary, we both loved it and made sure to make some baileys poke cake for dessert too.
Skipped the corn in mine because I'm not a corn fan but I loved everything else.
Great recipe, thanks for sharing will make again :)
I prefer the sirloin strips over rice instead, far more filling and better for a big family, thanks though.
Couldn't ask for an easier, tastier small meal like this, easy to make and no need to wait 2 hours to eat.
WOW, this beef skillet dish was honestly so easy to make and delish!!
Very delicious and simple to make, takes no time at all.
Added a little bit of hot sauce for a kick in this meal, tasty.
Fast and easy, really happy with this meal, can't wait to make it again, thanks for sharing.
Didn't use the whole wheat noodles, replaced it for penne pasta because I like penne more, was still good.
