There’s nothing cozier than a mug of hot chocolate. This White Hot Chocolate is made with milk, half-and-half, and white chocolate and flavored with vanilla. Just add a pinch of salt to make the flavors pop and marshmallows on top, and you’re in business.
The recipe is simple and quick to make. First up, warm the milk and half-and-half on the stove until steaming, then stir in the white chocolate until melted. Because the white chocolate is the star of this recipe, go for the best you can find. If you can find a bag of premium white chocolate chips, feel free to swap those in. Add in the salt and vanilla and whisk to combine. Ladle the hot chocolate into mugs and top with lots of mini marshmallows and white chocolate shavings. Serve immediately!
