To make Apple Chicken Burgers and Slaw, you will need the following ingredients:
In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper together.
Grate ½ an apple into the bowl and mix well to combine.
Add ground chicken and mix together. Be careful to not overmix as the meat will become tough.
Shape mixture into 2 burger patties and cook on the grill over low heat for 5-7 minutes per side until a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from grill.
Toss apple, cut into matchsticks and cabbage together.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper together and pour it over cabbage mix. Add parsley and toss everything together to combine well. Slaw tastes best after resting for a few minutes to absorb the juices and flavors.
Place a burger patty inside a toasted burger bun and top with slaw salad, before serving.
