Scoop the flesh from the avocado into a mixing bowl and add 1 tablespoon goat cheese, ½ teaspoon lime juice and ¼ teaspoon salt. Gently mash a few times with a fork.
Spread avocado mash, evenly, over 2 pieces of toast.
