Start by mixing the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into 16 meatballs and place in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until golden. Make sauce by combining cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until smooth. Season with red pepper flakes and salt.
