To make Blackened Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 400 ºF and line a baking sheet with baking parchment paper or spray with cooking oil.
In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon cayenne, ½ teaspoon cane sugar and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
