This salad takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. You can prep the ingredients ahead and just throw the salad together at the last minute. Combine the coarsely chopped spinach, broccoli florets, halved grape tomatoes, and bacon pieces in a large salad bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Just before serving, toss the salad with the prepared dressing. Enjoy!
To make the BLT Chopped Salad, you will need the following ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine 6 ounces coarsely chopped fresh baby spinach, broccoli florets, 2 cups halved grape tomatoes, and cooked bacon pieces.
In a small bowl, mix 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, and 3 tablespoons sugar until well blended.
Just before serving, spoon the dressing over the salad and toss to coat well.
