Buffalo Chicken Braid

This Buffalo Chicken Braid is a quick and easy meal to prepare and cook. I use a crescent sheet for this recipe and if sheets are unavailable, you can roll together 1 can of crescent roll dough. Make sure you use buffalo wing sauce, not regular hot sauce for the chicken mixture. Start with ½ a cup and taste it and add more sauce according to taste.

To make this chicken braid, start by mixing chicken, ranch seasoning, Buffalo wing sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Transfer puff pastry dough to a sheet pan. Cut strips around the edges of the dough, leaving 3-4 inches uncut on the inside. Place the chicken mixture on the uncut piece of dough. Take the strips and fold them over each other, pressing lightly in the middle to create a braid effect. Fold the ends in to hold in the filling. Bake in the oven and serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat when ready to serve.
