Celery Soup

This Celery Soup is a fresh and light, springtime delight! A healthy, blended soup recipe made from celery, potato and onion thickened with butter, chicken broth and heavy cream.

I add ¼ cup of fresh dill for a strong, yet not overpowering, flavor addition. I could eat bowls of this soup especially with some extra crispy, warm and toasty, French baguette.

Mine tasted oddly burnt unsure why?

Clover Housley

Wasn't too sure I'd like this due to the appearance I had a feeling the taste would be kinda grainy and even chunky which I hate when it comes to soup but it turned out quite smoothe.

I went ahead and added some carrots into this and a few more spices.

Tossing in some cheese with this celery soup makes it 50xs better in my opinion.

Very delicious and creamy soup best with a side of cheesy garlic bread or even cuban bread.

This is extremely good! Loved the texture of this soup more than the broccoli detox one which was slightly more bitter.
