Gluten Free Cheesy Sausage Zucchini Rice Skillet
This Cheesy Sausage Zucchini Rice Skillet is my go-to midweek dinner when the kids are back to school. I’m guessing if your family is like ours, the first few weeks after the kids go back to school are the most hectic while everyone gets used to the new routines and after school activities.
That’s why I make this one pan dinner weekly in the Fall. The kids love it. It’s super filling after a long day of school and activities and best of all, it only takes 30 minutes from start to table! I use Kielbasa sausage for this dish but you could use any sausage you like. It couldn’t be simpler – everything into the pan. Pour in the broth and there you have it! Read on to find out more.

Added a bit more cheddaar cheese to mind and mozzarella because i'm a cheeseaddict haha
Recommend putting ina bit of sourcream on the top and parsley :)
Ate it for breakfast this morning extremely filling and none-time consuming would recommend this to those in a hurry but want to eat.
Delicious really enjoyed this recipe thanks for sharing.
I used yellow rice instead of white tasted wayyy better than what i imagined.
Not too sure If I made it right because the rice was kinda mushy but it didn't taste bad so thats a plus.
Easiest zucchini rice skillet Ive ever made 10/10
This and the sausauge potato skillet are good lunchs.
To be honest I didn't really enjoy the meat with the rice..it tasted very odd and cheaply made. The rest of the recipes ingridents were amazing so I'll play around with it a bit more but the sausage is a big no for me.
Can't wait to try this out! I've been waiting for it to chill in the fridge for a bit but so far everything looks great!
Thank you! Approved!
