Made with just egg whites, sugar, coffee granules, a drop of vanilla and a pinch of salt, the secret to baking the perfect meringue is a low heat temperature used on the oven setting.

A perfect party idea or sometimes I just make a few, place them in a cookie jar, for a delicious grab-n-go coffee treat.
