To make this delicious rice pudding, start by combining milk, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer while stirring until the sugar dissolves and the surface is foamy. Do not allow the mixture to boil or it will split. Place the rice, sultanas, and cinnamon in a baking dish and pour over the milk mixture. Stir briefly before covering with a lid or foil.
