This Dole Whip (Disney Copycat) is my take on the classic Disney Pineapple Dole Whip, so you can enjoy this iconic dessert at home on a hot day!

It couldn’t be easier to make either. Start by combining all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Push down the pineapple chunks as you go until they are fully incorporated. I like to freeze the mixture for 30-40 minutes before transferring it to a piping bag with a 1M “star” tip to get the Disney Dole Whip swirl. Swirl the mixture into glasses. Or you can skip that part and transfer it directly to dessert cups. If you wish to help the soft-serve hold its shape even longer, freeze the swirled whip for longer.
