Fried Millet with Brussels Sprouts
I really love this Fried Millet with Brussels Sprouts as an alternative to fried rice. I use all my favorite fried rice ingredients. The only thing I change is that I substitute millet for rice. Millet is a high protein, healthy whole grain which tastes delicious.
In this recipe I start by sautéing the Brussels sprouts and garlic in olive oil. I add the millet, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Just before the end of the cooking process, I create a well in the center of the fried millet and I crack in two eggs. I wait until the eggs are almost set before stirring them through the millet. I serve this with sesame seeds.
To make my Fried Millet with Brussels Sprouts, you will need the following ingredients:

I've never had millet before but this recipe is just too good to go by, going to have to go buy ingredients as soon as possible to prepare it!
I am absolutely in love with the dish, can't believe how well Brussels sprouts and millet goes together, thank you.
When I made this recipe and put it on a plate it looked so messy but the taste was so intense and heavenly that the presentation can be just ignored haha
The recipe looks so delicious and easy to prepare! Brussels sprouts are not my favorite but this dish might just change my mind about them.
Love the use of millet, its quite hard to find it here so I had to swap it out with quinoa. Its just as delicious and filling.
Followed the guide step by step and I am amazed it taste so good I could not believe myself.
I am delighted to have this recipe. I like brussels sprouts but am never sure what to do with them that is not a lot of work, but this quick and easy dish solved that problem for me.
Yum, brussels sprouts with millet and eggs topped off with soy sauce? Yes please! This is such a good combination
I had to leave out the egg while preparing this for the second time, eggs and brussels sprouts did not go that well together, in all honesty i prefer the millet with carrots and spinach.
I assembled this recipe rather quick as it was easy to make and although the taste was a little bit bland it still tasted good. Had to add more salt and pepper to flavor it up.
Wow, I cant believe how easy and delicious this recipe is. Just made this today and its perfect!
I couldn’t find millet for this recipe, so, despite the fact that it’s sort of the centerpiece of the whole thing, I went ahead and substituted brown rice. All I have to say is that this is by far the best new recipe I’ve tried!
Recipe looks fantastic, I have not really had that much brussels sprouts in the past but this dish looks like the perfect gateway!
This one's quite easy to make and perfect for one's breakfast, would definitely recommend to any vegetable and healthy food lovers!
I prepared this for brunch for my family, my kids are not that willing when it comes to Brussels sprouts but they ate the dish up and were happy with the taste, thank you!!!
