Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
Season 1 pound of skin-on chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Using a whisk, combine ⅓ cup of chicken broth, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger, and 2 minced garlic cloves.
