When I cook pasta, I always make a bit extra so that I can make some of this Jar Pasta Salad the following day. I love the simple ingredient combinations in this salad – cucumber, tomatoes and creamy cannellini beans mix so well with spinach and basil.
Layer the salad ingredients in the following order in a jar: balsamic vinaigrette, pasta, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, cannellini beans, spinach, and basil. Add the lid and chill in the refrigerator. When you are ready to eat, shake the jar until the contents are fully mixed. Transfer the salad to a bowl and enjoy.
