To make Cumin Chicken, you will need the following ingredients:
In a small bowl mix 1/2 teaspoon cumin, oregano and garlic salt and use to season the chicken all over.
In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil and cook the chicken until browned on both sides.
In a small bowl whisk the picante sauce, water and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and bring the skillet to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 8-12 minutes until a thermometer inserted in reads 165°. Remove chicken from the skillet.
Bring the remaining sauce in the skillet to a boil, cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes until sauce has thickened.
Serve sauce over the chicken and enjoy hot!
