Here is my super simple version of the now famous KetoFat Bombs! If you haven’t heard of them yet, Fat Bombs are low-sugar, no-bake treats – the perfect snack if you are on a low-carb, Keto or vegan diet. Some people even call them Keto Bombs!
Whatever the name, these fudgy bites have almost no sugar and are free from refined carbs, using only natural fats like cocoa or nut butter. They are my go-to snack throughout the day, or as a quick dessert with a main meal. This recipe uses only 4 ingredients and takes literally 5 minutes to whip together!
To make Keto Fat Bombs, you will need the following ingredients:
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth. If the mixture seems very dry, you can add some extra coconut oil to loosen it (some nut butters are drier than others).
Pour the mixture into candy molds or ice cube trays and place in the freezer to set, around 1 hour. Once set, they are ready to go! But it’s best to store them in the freezer, as coconut oil becomes soft at room temperature.
My easy-peasy Keto Fat Bombs are also super simple to customize. Make them your own by experimenting with different nut butters, adding a few drops of vanilla extract, a sprinkle of shredded coconut or whatever you fancy! Let me know what works best for you in the comments section!
