Frozen Greek Chocolate Yogurt

Recipe Description

For a refreshing summer treat, try this Frozen Greek Chocolate Yogurt recipe that uses just six simple ingredients. Chocolatey, packed with protein (thanks to Greek yogurt), naturally sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with vanilla, this healthy and delicious treat will be on rotation all summer long.

It’s easy to make. Just toss everything into a blender – Greek yogurt, cacao powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt – then blend to creamy perfection. All it needs after that is to churn in your ice cream maker and time to firm up in the freezer, making it perfect for hot days. The day before you plan to make this recipe, freeze the freezer bowl of your ice cream maker, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Serve directly from the machine for soft serve, or scoop the frozen yogurt into an airtight container and freeze to firm up for at least 30 minutes.
