This bread recipe starts off with a simple cheese and almond flour dough, aka fathead dough, which is flavored with garlic powder. Then, topped with fresh garlic and Parmesan cheese mixture and baked to golden perfection. Serve as a keto appetizer, low-carb snack, alongside this keto chicken oreganato or with this keto spinach salad with bacon and eggs, or for dipping in your favorite keto sauce. I like to serve this keto cheese bread with marinara sauce. It’s totally delicious!

Steps to make Keto Garlic Bread

Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Combine cheese and dry ingredients

In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup almond flour, 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a large pinch of salt.

Microwave on high until the mozzarella is melted for about 1 minute.

Add egg

Stir in 1 large egg.

On the parchment-lined baking sheet, shape dough into ½-inch thick oval loaf.

Brush with cheese-garlic mixture

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon melted butter with 1 minced clove garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the cheese-garlic mixture over top of the bread.
