    Korean Beef and Rice

    Share

I love taking dishes like Korean Beef and Rice that are inspired from my culture and combining ingredients to make them in my home here in the USA.

Made with crumbled ground beef in a sweet, garlic, soya, ginger and red pepper flakes sauce that makes me feel like I’m back at my grandmother’s house again. I enjoy with brown rice but you can use traditional jasmine rice too, if you like!

To make Korean Beef and Rice, you will need the following ingredients:

I'm obsessed with Asian culture and food in general and when I made this for my boyfriend who also happens to be Korean, he said it reminded him of his grandmas cooking! So this recipe was a total hit for sure.

Instructions are very easy to follow and I like how good the ground beef taste, I can't say for sure if it taste like a Korean dish or not but it was good either way.

Delicious but lacking in spices so I had to experiment with this dish.

It was easy to find everything that was needed for this meal and conviently cheap too, really happy with how it turned out.

I had to cook it longer than said time so for that reason I'm giving it a 4 otherwise it was good.

My kids are in love with this! I make it every Thursday for lunch and I add a little bit of soy sauce on the top too, almost as good as the spicy asian chicken wings!
