Hands down one of the easiest and most tasty sprout cabbage cups.
Mint was a really nice touch didn't even think about it to be honest but grateful I tried it out it blends really well.
So crunchy and fufilling this is one of the best cabbage cups recipes I've ever made.
Kinda spicy so i'd say to add less chili powder and only squeeze half a lime.
The lime makes it kinda zesty and i'm LOVING it sooo tasty omg, going to make this snack again.
I used greek yogurt to make this and didn't add any mint cause I hate the taste. Doubled down on the chili powder and it was delicious.
Not too filling ot be honest but they aren't bad at all.
