Old Fashioned Potato Salad
This Old Fashioned Potato Salad is a classic. Everyone should have one foolproof potato salad recipe in their collection and this is mine. The secret ingredient is some sweet pickle relish to liven up this salad. Try it soon – you’ll love it!
This salad is really easy to make. Start by cooking potatoes in boiling water. Once tender, drain the water and leave the potatoes to cool before peeling and chopping. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil. Cover the saucepan and remove from heat. Let the eggs stand in hot water for about 10 minutes. Remove from the hot water, cool, peel and chop. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes and eggs with the remaining ingredients. Mix together well and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
