In this Party Cheese Bread recipe, 1 loaf feeds a whole party and it’s just spectacular. Use a freshly baked, soft sourdough bread, slice it evenly and stuff with extra cheesy slices of Monterey Jack cheese.

Prepare a garlic butter made from butter, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and celery salt and coat your loaf before baking in the oven until the cheese has melted.

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Prepare loaf bread

Cut bread into 1-inch slices up to ½-inch from the base of the loaf. Repeat slices in the opposite direction and place cheese slices in between.

Combine ingredients

In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and celery salt.

Prepare loaf

Drizzle prepared butter mix over the sliced bread loaf. Wrap well in aluminum foil and transfer to a baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes then unwrap and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
