This Pomegranate and Orange Fruit Salad is a sweet, fruit salad of oranges and pomegranate seeds in a honey or maple, fresh orange juice and vanilla extract dressing, for an original and unbelievable combination. I serve mine in glass bowls with a yogurt flavor of my choice, I love vanilla, and some toasted coconut sprinkled on top.
To make Pomegranate and Orange Fruit Salad, you will need the following ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, toss 4-5 oranges, peeled and segmented and the arils from 1 pomegranate until well combined.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, if using, 2 tablespoons of fresh orange juice and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Pour the prepared dressing over the combined fruit and toss to coat well.

I loved making this salad for a small brunch with friends. The sweet oranges and crunchy pomegranate seeds were a hit. Simple and fresh, just what I needed for a nice dish.
Mint is too much for me so didn't add it the taste is always too strong.
Huge crowd pleaser made this fruit salad for some friends of mine at work and they were more satisfied than a cat with catnip!
Two cups of yogurt was WAY too much so I went with one cup. Other than that the measurments were fine.
