Raw Fruit Leather

Recipe Description

Have you heard of Fruit Leather? In simple terms, fruit leather is simply a dried fruit roll up. Taking about 3 days to make, but guaranteed better than store bought mass produced roll ups.

Made from fresh and ripe apricots combined with sugar water, blended and combined then left to dry out over a 2-3 day period. I believe homemade is always the best way and I love trying new recipes!

To make Raw Fruit Leather, you will need the following ingredients:

Delicious! I made this fruit leather with my kids last weekend. We had fun blending apricots and waiting for it to dry. Watching them enjoy the homemade treats brought me so much joy. It's far more tasty than the store bought ones we used to eat. So glad we found this recipe.

I tried making this fruit leather with apricots from my garden, and it was a hit! It took a bit of time, but it was totally worth it. The taste is so fresh compared to the store-bought ones. My niece loved them, and now it's our little project every summer!
