My secret to perfect scrambled eggs is to cook them slowly over low heat. Start by beating eggs in a bowl. Melt butter in a pan and add the eggs. Stir the egg slowly and steadily as it cooks over a low-medium heat. ONce the scrambled egg has formed, add the cheese and cook for another half minute until the cheese is warm.
