My secret to perfect scrambled eggs is to cook them slowly over low heat. Start by beating eggs in a bowl. Melt butter in a pan and add the eggs. Stir the egg slowly and steadily as it cooks over a low-medium heat. ONce the scrambled egg has formed, add the cheese and cook for another half minute until the cheese is warm. Top these eggs with your favorite toppings or enjoy them as they are!
To make Scrambled Eggs With Queso Fresco, you will need the following ingredients:
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
Melt a teaspoon of butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
Add the beaten eggs and stir steadily while they cook.
Once the eggs firm up, mix in ¼ cup of crumbled queso fresco. Continue cooking for 10-20 seconds.
Taste and season with more salt if necessary.
Serve these eggs as they are or garnish with extras such as avocado, black beans, cilantro or hot sauce.
