To make Strawberry Mojito Wine Popsicles, you will need the following ingredients:
In a small saucepan, bring to a boil the water, sugar, and mint leaves, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves.
Allow to cool for about 15 minutes and then strain out the mint leaves.
Place the strawberries blend until a smooth purée has formed.
Add the white wine, lime juice and cooled syrup to the purée strawberries and blend a bit further, to combine.
Fill popsicle molds with the strawberry mix and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
Serve cold and enjoy your treat!
