Scrub 4 small sweet potatoes and pierce them all over with a fork. Place them on a microwave-safe plate and cook on high for 18 to 20 minutes or until tender.

Slice in half

Slice the cooked sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a serving platter.

Flake the drained tuna with a fork. Divide the tuna between the sweet potatoes. Top each sweet potato half with thinly sliced red onion and chopped red chili, if using, then squeeze the lime juice over the top.
