1 cup Сanned pumpkin
⅓ cup Tahini
¼ cup Olive oil or pumpkin oil
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp toasted Sesame oil
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp minced Garlic
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Pumpkin oil or olive oil, optional
¼ cup salted Pumpkin seeds or pepitas
Pita chips baked
For garnish:
Apples sliced, optional
Pears sliced, optional
¼ cup Pomegranate seeds, optional
