To make the Watermelon Salad with Basil-Ginger Dressing, you will need the following ingredients:
Place 1 cubed watermelon in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Place a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add ⅓ cup of almonds and toast until golden but not burnt. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
If using bacon, cook using your favorite method and leave to cool.
