Cook the chicken over a medium high grill until it develops a charred crust. Flip and continue to grill until cooked through. Serve garnished with fresh thyme and lemon slices.

Peel an onion and 4 cloves of garlic. Chop roughly into chunks and add them to a large ziplock bag.
Add 2 cups of apple cider, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 6 sprigs of fresh thyme, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon each of salt and brown sugar, and ½ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper to the onion and garlic. Shake well until fully combined.
