Recipe Description

This simple Baked Flounder with Lemon and Butter doesn’t skimp on any flavor. Use flounder or sole, as we know it, a flat, white fish with a distinct yet subtly flavor perfect to serve the kids.

With the addition of a lemon butter coating and sprinkles of paprika, the taste of this delicate yet substantial fish is going to have your whole family begging for more. Double fry some French fries, serve it with our homemade aioli sauce (see below) and dinner is done in under 30 minutes!

    Preheat oven and prepare baking dish

    Preheat oven to 325 °F and grease a shallow baking dish with oil or butter.
