This Chocolate Pudding in a Mug is a rich and super tasty chocolate mug pudding which you can make with only 5 ingredients, a mug and a microwave. I make these chocolate puddings at least once a week and my family enjoys them so much!
It couldn’t be simpler to make this recipe. Start by mixing chocolate chips with cornstarch in a microwave safe mug. Add salt, vanilla and milk. Mix well and start cooking in the microwave at short intervals. You need to keep an eye on this one as the milk starts to thicken when it heats up. Serve topped with whipped cream and enjoy!
