A personal favorite of mine, my Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Frosting is decadent, delicious and dangerously moreish! It’s normal to get a craving for a particular kind of cake right? You’ll suddenly get an urge to devour a red velvet cupcake or a slice of carrot cake.
Nowadays, it’s more usual for me to think, I just have to have some PB and Cream Cheese Frosting! Never mind the cake underneath, I love this frosting so much, anything will do! It’s rich and super tasty, and goes very well with anything from a simple vanilla sponge, to a chocolate brownie or a banana loaf. Try it for yourself!
To make Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Frosting, you will need the following ingredients:
In a large bowl, beat all the ingredients, except the milk, together until smooth.
Beat in the milk, a little at a time, until you reach the right consistency for frosting.
Frost your chosen item.
