Easy Classic No Knead Bread
The secret to Easy Classic No Knead Bread is to use a few ingredients and when I say few, I mean it’s literally all-purpose flour, salt, instant yeast and some water. The instant yeast works as an acting agent to help the bread rise, which because we skip the kneading process, takes approximately 18 hours. This bread, once baked in a hot pan, in a heated oven, comes out crispy on the outside with a soft and fluffy center, and it tastes so good!

Scrape the dough from the bowl, roughly shape into a ball and place on lightly floured piece of parchment paper. Once the Dutch oven is hot, carefully place the baking parchment paper with the dough inside the hot pot and sprinkle a bit of flour over the top. Cover with the lid, return to the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes then remove the lid and bake, uncovered, for another 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown on the outside. | ||

I like the vegan banana bread more but this is good for savoury stuff I suppose.
