This creamy and refreshing cocktail starts with pineapple juice and chunks, coconut cream, ice, and, of course, white rum. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in glasses and top off with a splash of aged rum. Finish the cocktail off with a pineapple wedge or a few leaves for that extra special touch. Perfect for upcoming spring and summer parties with family and friends!
To make this Easy Piña Colada recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
In a blender, place 6 ounces white rum, 6 ounces cream of coconut, 6 ounces pineapple juice, ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks, and 4 cups ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with golden rum. The rum should float on top.
Serve garnished with a pineapple wedge or pineapple leaves if you wish. Enjoy!
