Gluten Free Cauliflower Gnocchi
This Gluten Free Cauliflower Gnocchi is a really great low carb, gluten free pasta dish which makes a regular appearance in my kitchen. The little gnocchi taste absolutely delicious and have a perfect gnocchi texture (which can be hard to achieve when using gluten free flours). Even better news is that this gnocchi is keto-friendly provided you use marinara sauce with no added sugar.
Start by steaming cauliflower rice in the microwave. Once you have squeezed the excess water from the cauliflower, mix it with egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, almond flour and melted mozzarella. Bring the dough together using your hands and chill for 10 minutes before rolling into logs and cutting into gnocchi. Cook for 1 minute in boiling salted water and serve with warm marinara sauce.
To make my Gluten Free Cauliflower Gnocchi, you will need the following ingredients:

There was something missing I think but it tasted fine in general.
I switched marinara sauce for my own sauce and it was really good.
It is ready and I am serving this today, I did a test yesterday and I really liked the way it turned out!
I did not expect this to be so good, how wrong was I.
I made this so surprisingly fast, only one hour and it was ready, very tasty best cauliflower gnocchi in the planet.
This is a way of making pasta that I wasn't aware of, the more you know!
As someone who likes sour food I didn't add ''some'' parmesan I showered it with parmesan and it tasted great!!!!
This was so easy to make almost feels like cheating xD, and here I thought you have to be all fancy and stuff to make such things!
This one was very interesting and creative, it's really amazing how much cool stuff you can find around here.
Thank god people come up with ideas such as this, I've got gluten intolerance so it really makes me happy to taste something different every once in a while.
Cooked this for my mother, she (as an elderly woman) can't really handle complicated stuff but she really liked this, thank you so much.
