Greek Chickpea Salad
This Spring season I have decided that this Greek Chickpea Salad is a necessity so I opted to add it to our list of healthy spring salad recipes. Nutritionally balanced with all the right bells and whistles from canned chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and cucumber to give you a bright and vibrant, colorful salad dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. I’m vegan but you can add feta cheese if you wish. Just another way to make this salad even better!

I love this salad and the tomato egg salad the most, both have so much going on.
Added a little bit more salt to the dish cause I love salty things and also a drop of some lemon juice to make it zesty.
Eat this if you want to feel like one of those people that go to the gym daily, LOL! it's great.
The BOMB i loved it so much, even brought some leftovers with me to work today and ate it there.
Perfection in a tiny bowl, this is an extremely healthy, well made greek chickpea salad.
Really delicious salad and super filling, would totally recommend it.
Flavourful and perfectly healthy for anyone looking to go on a healthy diet.
Dodged the olives since I'm not a fan of them but it was sooo good.
I usually hate raw tomatos but this salad was actually fantastic.
