Healthy Tuna Salad

Share

This Healthy Tuna Salad is a lighter take on creamy tuna salad. I make the dressing for this salad with ¾ Greek yogurt and ¼ mayo. I make mine even healthier by using avocado oil mayonnaise rather than the traditional vegetable oil version. This salad keeps well in the refrigerator for 5 days making it a great make ahead lunch.

Start by flaking the tuna in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the tuna and mix well until fully combined. Chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat the salad. This tastes delicious in a sandwich or served over lettuce leaves.

To make my version of Healthy Tuna Salad, you will need the following ingredients:

Very messy tuna salad but was tasty, greek yougurt is a bit too expensive for me where I live so I don't know when I'll be making this again but loved recipe so saving it.

My husband absolutely loves when I make this, he eats the entire thing 10 minutes after I finish making it.

Tuna is really good but the bread was too hard for this snack so I used a crossiant instead and was purrrfection.

Almost as good as the Tuna salad stuffed with avocado, would recommend both if you're a big tuna lover like myself.
