This Keto Bread (No Yeast) may be the best low-carb bread recipe yet! This recipe is so simple to make you will need only two bowls and a loaf pan. It doesn’t require yeast, or to whip egg whites, has no eggy taste, and doesn’t appear wet. It is crazy easy, but it tastes next level. When I was baking this bread for the first time, I thought I would be the only one to eat it at my house. But, actually, it became a hit with my family! We love to make sandwiches, using this bread. And it tastes greatly toasted and slathered with butter too.
Though the recipe is extremely easy to make, I would like to share some helpful tips with you. First of all, make sure the eggs are at room temperature. Don’t omit covering the pan with tin foil before baking to prevent it from getting burned on top, as all of the ingredients are very delicate. Remove the foil 10 minutes before the bread is baked to brown up the top of your bread. Always store your keto bread covered in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to six months.
To make the Keto Bread(No Yeast), you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Line a 9x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper with a few inches of overhang off the sides and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add 2¼ cups almond flour, ¼ cup ground flaxseed, ½ teaspoon baking soda, and ½ teaspoon salt and mix to combine.
In another bowl, whisk together 5 eggs, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Mix wet and dry ingredients until the dough is well combined.
Transfer the dough to the parchment-lined loaf pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cover the pan with tin foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to the wire rack to cool completely.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
