Loaded Broccoli Radish Salad
If you have been following my recipes for a while, you will have noticed that one of my favorite ingredients is: broccoli! I love broccoli in all its forms – cooked, in juices, in stews… But I love it the most served raw in salads. This Loaded Broccoli Radish Salad is a great showcase for broccoli as well as for radishes, another of my salad favorites. Â
Start this salad by chopping broccoli, radishes, tomatoes and apple. Chop green onion and grate a carrot. Add these to the salad bowl along with the grapes and cranberries. Make a dressing from oil, mayo, sour cream, salt, garlic powder and lemon juice. Toss the salad with the dressing until evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!Â

I like radish it so it didn't take much for me to fall in love with this one.
I tried the creamy broccoli salad and I loved it so looked around some more and landed here, not gonna lie this one is great as well.
I switched the tomatoes for cherry ones, a small detail but I like it better that way.
Fairly easy and simple to make, I really like it.
I took it a step further and added cauliflower as well, you can really get creative with those.
Never did I think that I'd be adding an apple into a salad, it really fit into the flavour.
Exactly what I needed for my diet, though I'm kinda scared of mayonnaise just 1 table spoon wouldn't hurt, I loved it.
The dressing is the best part of this salad for me, me personal favorite.
I loved it, both the texture and the taste well great.
