Loaded Broccoli Radish Salad

If you have been following my recipes for a while, you will have noticed that one of my favorite ingredients is: broccoli! I love broccoli in all its forms – cooked, in juices, in stews… But I love it the most served raw in salads. This Loaded Broccoli Radish Salad is a great showcase for broccoli as well as for radishes, another of my salad favorites.

Start this salad by chopping broccoli, radishes, tomatoes and apple. Chop green onion and grate a carrot. Add these to the salad bowl along with the grapes and cranberries. Make a dressing from oil, mayo, sour cream, salt, garlic powder and lemon juice. Toss the salad with the dressing until evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!

To make my version of Loaded Broccoli Radish Salad, you will need the following ingredients:

I switched the tomatoes for cherry ones, a small detail but I like it better that way.
