Mediterranean Chickpea Naan Wraps are one of my favorite weekday lunches. I love the combination of creamy chickpeas with fresh cucumber, tomato and red onion. And the best thing is that these wraps are super healthy too.
Start by sautéing chickpeas with a blend of lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and yeast. Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package and add the chickpeas, hummus and other ingredients. Wrap them up in parchment paper and enjoy the Mediterranean flavors.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and yeast if using. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Follow the package directions to heat the naan wraps. Once heated, place each one on a sheet of parchment paper.
Spread a generous amount of hummus on one half of each wrap.
Add a spoon of chickpeas onto the hummus on each wrap and scatter a variety of vegetables onto the chickpeas.
Fold each naan wrap in half and wrap them in the parchment paper. Enjoy as a healthy filling lunch.
