And if you need a tasty and keep-it-simple dinner for two after a long and busy day, you just found it! This healthy Asian-style ground turkey ramen is made with green beans, well-seasoned turkey, and ramen noodles. The ground turkey is flavored with hoisin sauce, lime juice, and chili sauce. Yummy and really easy to put together! You don’t need takeout with a simple recipe like this.
To make this delicious recipe, start by cooking noodles and green beans. For the sauce, mix together hoisin, lime juice, and chili sauce. Next, in a non-stick pan or wok, if you have one, cook ground turkey until well browned. Add garlic and prepared sauce and cook just for a few minutes more until sticky. Finally, stir in the cooked noodles, beans, and half the spring onions. Serve immediately garnished with the remaining spring onions, and enjoy!
