Peach Pork Chops
I love the sweetness of cooked fruit with pork. Of course the traditional pairing with pork is apples, but this Peach Pork Chops recipe is an absolute winner too especially when you are looking for a way to use up excess peaches this summer.Â
To make this pork dish, start by cooking seasoned pork chops for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside. Add the peaches, onion and balsamic vinegar to the same skillet and cook for one minute before returning the pork to the pan. Place it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until cooked through. To serve, sprinkle with basil.Â
